We have been making pumps for many years, and one thing we have learned is that simply making another similar pump is not enough. Customers are dealing with real problems on site — maintenance, unexpected dry running, frequent starts, installation space and long-term operating cost. These are the things we keep thinking about when developing our products.
One technology we will introduce at the show is our patented dry-run-resistant mechanical seal.
Mechanical seals are often one of the vulnerable parts of a centrifugal pump when water supply is interrupted. Our seal structure was developed to improve durability in this situation. During our test, the mechanical seal remained functional after the pump operated dry continuously for 8 hours.
Of course, we are not saying pumps should normally run without water. The purpose is simply to give the pump more protection when an unexpected situation happens.
At ISAF Security 2026, we will bring our fire pump systems, diesel pump sets, vertical multistage jockey pumps and industrial centrifugal pumps.
Our SVP jockey pump is another product we would like customers to see closely. It uses a split-shaft design, fewer stages, a shorter shaft and a compact structure. For fire pressure maintenance and frequent cycling, these small design changes can make installation and maintenance much easier.
We are also developing more digital functions for industrial pumps, including remote monitoring, IoT communication and operating-data management.
There is always more to a pump than the catalogue shows.
