Warning:Make sure the power is disconnected before remov-ing or adjusting the junction box and the pump.The external power switch connected to the pump motor has a minimum electrode gap of 3mm.
The voltage and frequency of the power supply should conform to the indicated value on the pump nameplate to ensure that the power supply meets the require- ments of use.Install and ground accurately according to the wiring method indicated on the junction box(shown on the right).
Note:Recommended 11kw and below starts directly,11-75kw starts with Star-Delta Starting mode.75-400kw starts with Soft Starting mode.In ad-dition,the 45-200kw can also start with Autotransformer Start mode.The starting method is not unique,please consult a professional.
(Two)Rotation direction check
Seen from the fan cover,the rotating arrow rotates clock-wise,As shown at right.
Caution!
Do not start the pump to check the direction of motor rotation until the pump boby is filled with liquid and removes air
Before connecting the pump to the pipe,the direction must first be determined by the flow
arrow on the pump head.To ensure the tightness of the pipeline connection,please install rubber washer or other Sealing material between flanges.As shown at right.
